The Role of The Teacher in e-learning.

     E-learning is vital for many people that want to continue discovering new things on the net. For that reason educators consider that it is strongly necessary that there exist a space where an e-teacher can have the opportunity to teach in a more technological way for an electronic course, so that e-learners do not have to move anywhere; basically what they have to do is just to take a computer with internet connection and that is it. Therefore, the role of the teacher in e-learning is to be a facilitator of learning, as well as an instructor who provides information, and a consultant to ask questions.

     The teacher as a facilitator of e-learning is the one who is always looking for the appropriate  information that can attract students´ attention, so the main point for this is that they are motivated. Doing like that, e-teachers can lead discussions, for students to be more engaged with any subject of their interest, and also they can guide the process for a more effective learning. Likewise, teachers´job is to manage the group, the activities, and the learning process simultaneously, so they have to facilitate the material required to help the learners.

     Being an instructor is an enormous responsibility for a teacher, basically they hang it in their shoulders. This role of being an instructor demands them to provide the appropriate information to the students because this helps or facilitates the e-learning very well.

     Furthermore, the role of the teacher in e-learning is to be a consultant, too. When teachers take this role, they are to answer any question students have; it means that teacher has to be attentive and prepared. On the  other hand, technology is what makes e-learning possible because people can know a lot instantaneously, and the e-teacher just have to be there for them to answer their doubts.

     To sum up, in nowadays society people depends of technology for doing any thing in everyday life; that is why e-learning becomes really important for the ones who want to continue learning, and for that reason, there must be an e-teacher to facilitates them learning, to instruct them providing information, and to answer any question.
